Installed 2nd movable Trolley for MCGM/ BMC, for repair of Underground Water Pipeline cracks & bursts.

May 2021:

Successfully developed and installed Portable Orbital TIG Welding Automation System for Nuclear Power Corporation Ltd. (NPCIL). Machine designed as per radioactive site restrictions for minimal human intervention during welding and Set-up of machine.

March 2020:

Designed, Manufactured & Installed a movable Trolley for MCGM/ BMC, for repair of Underground Water Pipeline cracks & bursts. A trolley having Plasma machine, Compressor, Welding Machine and Generator mounted on one integrated Trolley for easy maneuvering around Mumbai City.

January 2014:

Expansion into design & manufacturing Welding Automation for TIG/MIG/SAW welding applications. Successfully executed 1st TIG Welding Automation Project for Indian plant of a German MNC.

November 2012:

Developed, designed, manufactured and installed 5 axis Pipe Profile Cutting CNC Machine for Pipe Bevel Cutting Applications.

July 2009:

Designed and developed CNC Machine for Pipe cutting Applications. Installed 1st machine of this type in Chennai for Modernization of Chennai Airport.

July 2008:

Undertaken a Project for Manufacturing & Installation of 100 Bus Queue Shelters for Times Group, installed at various locations around South Mumbai. Project Cost worth Rs. 5 crores completed under 6 months.

October 2007:

Expansion into design & manufacturing CNC Profile cutting machines and installed 1st CNC Machine for Plate Profile Cutting for Bhilai Steel Plant.

Year 1996:

First IGBT Inverter Based Arc Welding Machine fully designed & developed in India.

Year 1993:

Expanded into Welding Machine Manufacturing.

Year 1991:

Developed Air Plasma Cutting Machine for cutting up to 100mm Thickness Plates for DMRL, Hyderabad. This was developed when such machines were not available from even the biggest Manufacturers of the world.s
